Sticker application
!!! The temperature of the substrate and the sticker must be at least 15°C !!!
Ideal Gluing Procedure
The video is edited from several attempts testing different application scenarios.
Problematic separation of transfer film at low temperature
Sticker holding technique for adhesion problems
The surface must be smooth, clean, degreased and dry. You can degrease it with soapy water, for example.
For a more secure placement on the substrate, we recommend following the video instructions - separate only the corner of the release paper and stick it to the surface. Then, gradually separate the paper and press the sticker to the surface, transfer the sticker to the surface.
If the sticker is small, peel off the white backing paper so that the sticker is on the transparent transfer film. Place the sticker film in place and smooth it out. You can use the edge of a credit card, for example. However, due to the size of our stickers, your fingers will also suffice.
Carefully remove the transfer film. Peel off one corner and carefully peel off the film. Never pull the film away from the surface towards you! Fold the film and pull it across the surface. The small details in our stickers have limited strength to hold on to the surface. When pulling away from the surface towards you, you will stretch the sticker and destroy it. If you fold the transfer film and pull it across the surface, you will better notice any complications with the adhesion of small parts and you can press them again and try to separate them from the film.
Once you have successfully separated the transfer film, I recommend taking the backing paper, placing it with the smooth side on the sticker, and pressing it over the backing paper again and smoothing it out.
